La seduta Duémodi, ad un anno dall’avvenuta registrazione del design in Italia ed Europa, sarà presente con più modelli all’interno della lobby dell’Hotel, tra la zona reception e la zona bar, a partire da martedi prossimo 18 luglio 2023.
Il Rome Marriott Park è la struttura più grande del gruppo Russotti Gestioni Hotels, di cui fanno parte anche il Milan Marriott, l’Ortea Palace Hotel Sicily – Autograph Collection, il Delta Hotels by Marriott Giardini Naxos e il Russott Hotel Venice. La scelta di Duémodi, con più modelli e con cui predisporre un corner della lobby, è perché sposa perfettamente gli aspetti green ed innovativi che il gruppo sta ponendo in essere nella gestione delle strutture stesse. Duémodi è attenzione al disegno, alla forma ma soprattutto alla materia: essenziale, funzionale nonché polivalente nei materiali quindi attenta al loro ciclo di vita, quindi al loro riutilizzo. Non vi è limite nell’impiego delle materie più idonee e adeguate allo spazio che può ospitarla; i due elementi uniti da un incastro la rendono priva di componenti aggiunte, ferramenta o altro, che graverebbe nella gestione dei materiali a fine vita. Tutti aspetti che il Rome Marriott Park ha osservato e apprezzato scegliendo quindi DuéModi nella sua funzione principale: seduta se i due elementi uniti, scomposta con porta riviste e piano d’appoggio.
Chiunque potrà utilizzare il corner break per sfogliare una rivista e gustare un buon caffè. L’angolo sarà corredato anche da banner esplicativi sul life cycling su cui osservare in quanti altri materiali è possibile realizzare Duémodi. Si perché al momento Duémodi è realizzata solo in plexiglass, ai Castelli Romani, a pochi km da Roma. Tramite scansione del Qrcode presente sui banner si entrerà nel sito di EBcreations (www.ebcreations.org) di Emiliano Bombardieri: la si potrà pre-ordinare, se ne potrà capire la storia, dalla nascita fino all’avvenuta registrazione del design il 17 Maggio 2022.

One year after the registration of its design in Italy and Europe, several pieces will be in the hotel lobby, between the reception area and the bar area. The Rome Marriott Park is the largest property in the Russotti Gestioni Hotels group, which also includes the Milan Marriott, the Ortea Palace Hotel Sicily – Autograph Collection, Delta Hotels by Marriott Giardini Naxos and the Russott Hotel Venice. The choice of Duémodi, with several models set up as a lobby seating area, is due to the fact that it perfectly suits the green, innovative principles that Russotti Gestioni Hotels implements in its properties. Duèmodi means attention to design and to form but above all to matter: essential, functional as well as multipurpose in its materials, thus attentive to its life cycle as well as its reuse. There are unlimited possibilities in the choice of materials used, so that it can be adapted perfectly to the space it is placed in; the two elements are joined together without any added components or hardware, which makes recycling much simpler when the time comes. All aspects that the Rome Marriott Park has observed and appreciated, therefore choosing DuéModi in its main function: a seat if the two elements are united, and separating the parts for use as a magazine rack and support surface.
Anyone can use the lobby corner seating area to browse through a magazine or enjoy a coffee. The seating area will also feature information banners on life cycling of the piece and the numerous other materials with which it is possible to create Duémodi. At the moment Duémodi is made only in plexiglass, in the Castelli Romani, a few kilometers from Rome.
