Seduta DuéModi
L’idea non era solo quella di disegnare un elemento fine a stesso e limitato ad una funzione antica quanto la storia dell’uomo. Ma un qualcosa che racchiudesse più funzioni all’interno e con forme che potessero anche accompagnarle le varie funzioni: non solo una seduta quindi, ma anche complemento e complementi d’arredo uniti insieme. DuéModi è disegno. Si forma come elemento monoblocco composto da 2 parti unite da un semplice incastro. Forme definite a cui sono state donate funzioni, ma senza porre limiti alla materia con cui possono essere realizzate.
Una seduta che si è evoluta nel tempo e a Maggio 2022 e diventata design registrato in Italia e in tutta la Comunità Europea ( in corso la registrazione anche in altre Nazioni fuori la Comunità Europea).
Le linee di DuéModi accompagnano l’utente nel sedersi: la seduta e lo schienale. In qualunque momento questi si possono però separare: una rimane sgabello o piccolo ripiano di appoggio (libri, Notebook, ecc), l’altro una volta “sfilato” dalla parte sottostante diventa, sistemato su un piano orizzontale, porta-riviste.
Il primo modellino realizzato è stato in scala 1:5, ne sono state migliorate le forme e le parti più sensibili ( tenuta e incastri). La sezione della sedia è idonea a portate fino ai 120 Kg. La produzione del primo esemplare in plexiglass a fine 2021 ha reso perfettamente l’idea di quello che si voleva creare.
C’è solo che augurargli buona fortuna e attendere fiduciosi di veder essere messa in linea la sua produzione.

The idea was not only that of designing an element in itself and limited only to a function as old as the history of mankind, but something that encloses various functions inside, with shapes that merge together: not only a seat, but also a furnishing accessory blended together.
Due Modi is design. It comes as a single mono block made in two parts and joined together with a simple interlocking. Defined forms that have been given functions without limiting the materials with which they can be made with.
A seat which has evolved in time, and in May 2022 became the registered design in Italy and the EU Community, (also registration in non EU countries in progress).
The Due Modi style help the user in sitting: seat and backrest. Anytime you can separate them: one remains a stool or a shelf for (books, Notebooks, etc), the other, once it has been removed from the underside, and placed in a horizontal position, a magazine rack.
The first model was made on scale 1:5, furthermore, the shapes and more fragile parts have been improved, (interlocking and usage).
The seating part is suitable for up to 120 kg.
The first product in plexiglass made at the end on 2021 satisfied perfectly the idea of what was to be created.
